What the Hof Media app does

Once installed on a store, the app copies that store’s orders, customers and products every night into a BigQuery dataset belonging to that merchant, where Hof Media’s reporting runs.

It has no screens and nothing to configure. Everything it does is on a schedule, read-only, and for the merchant it is installed by.

Removing it

Uninstalling

Uninstall the app from the store’s admin under Settings, then Apps and sales channels. Shopify notifies the app, and the store’s dataset is deleted within 30 days. See the privacy policy for the detail.
